    How long does delivery take?

    Most orders deliver in 20–60 seconds once the payment confirms on-chain. Bitcoin Layer-1 can take 10–20 minutes for the first confirmation; USDT on Tron is the fastest option.

  2. 02 —

    What tokens and chains can I pay with?

    Over one thousand tokens across ten chains — USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON, BNB, TRX, DAI, MATIC and many others. The hosted checkout handles routing; you never touch a bridge yourself.

  3. 03 —

    What happens if delivery fails?

    If Fragment rejects the first attempt (bad username, momentary session issue), the order enters automatic retry — up to five attempts over thirty minutes. If all retries exhaust, we contact you and refund in TON to the wallet you paid from, or via another method on request. Email support@donumix.com if you need help.

    Is Donumix legit? How do I know my Stars or Premium actually arrived?

    Every delivered order carries a TON transaction hash, linked to tonscan from the order page. You can see the exact on-chain receipt for your gift. Stars and Premium are purchased through fragment.com — the official Telegram marketplace run by the Telegram Open Network team.

    Do I need an account to buy?

    You sign in with Telegram (either in the Mini App or via the Login Widget) so we know where to credit you. The recipient does not need to sign in — Stars and Premium land directly in their Telegram account by @username.

    Can I gift Stars or Premium to someone else?

    Yes. Enter any Telegram @username during checkout. The recipient does not need a Donumix account, an email, or a phone number exchanged with you. They receive Stars directly in-app, or Premium as an activated subscription on their account.

    How much does it cost vs buying inside Telegram?

    Pricing varies with the live TON rate; the USD total is shown before you pay, every time. We run a ~20% markup over Fragment to cover payment-processor fees, TON market drift and support. The in-app store often runs regional pricing that costs more outside the US/EU — crypto payment sidesteps that entirely.

    Is Donumix available in my country?

    Because payment clears in crypto and delivery clears through Fragment (global), Donumix is available wherever both are — effectively worldwide. Some chains may be slower or more expensive from certain wallets, but there are no regional paywalls on our side.

  9. 09 —

    What information do you store about me?

    Your Telegram id (to credit your orders), your order history, and payment metadata from the checkout provider. We do not store your email unless you provide it for support. We never store payment card or wallet keys — the hosted checkout handles all payment data.

  10. 10 —

    What's the difference between Donumix and Telegram's own in-app store?

    The in-app store accepts cards and some regional methods; Donumix accepts ~1,000 crypto tokens across ten chains. The in-app store applies regional pricing; Donumix shows one live USD figure. The in-app store is Telegram's; Donumix is an independent reseller that fulfills through Fragment, the official Telegram marketplace.
